I AM WORKING AS I.T OFFICER IN ISMAIL INDUSTRIES LIMITED SNACKCITY DIVISION AND HAVING EXPERIENCE IN NETWORKING AND HARDWARE COMPONENTS OF NETWORK.Installation and deployment of Microsoft Server 2012 R2,Active Directory, DNS, & DHCP, User management, DFS ,Group Policy , Squid and Apache server.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR:
Establishing the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting and enforcing system standards;
Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, VPN).
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
Undertaking data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments, using information from multiple sources.
Taking backup of virtual machines and active directory as per schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR:
Construct & install software development environments from a clean machine all the way up to our application layer, including OS, drivers, browser’s email clients, etc.
Troubleshooting networks, systems and applications to identify issues and correct malfunctioning.
Monitor abusing Internet activity of user’s through Pfsense.
Monitoring Network bandwidth utilization by employees using Pfsense
Monitoring of Servers , Switches , CCTV and Routers.
Work closely with clients and efficiently handling complaints regarding LAN and WAN.
Install updated antivirus on server and client computers.
Configuration and management of e-mail clients Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird.
Configuration of Network Share drive.
Perform complete hardware troubleshooting of Desktop.
